Typical Service
Refurbishment of minor damaged of road alloy wheel with lacquer delamination (bubbling)
(minor damage is defined as no buckles, no scuffs deeper than 0.25mm)
- Removal of tyre and balance weights
- De-grease / brake dust removal
- Chemical Strip & Rinse
- Wheel inspection
- Repair minor damage
- Pre-heat
- Powder Coat primer applied and cured
- Powder or Wet Coat colour applied and cured
- Powder Coat lacquer applied and cured
- Wheel inspected
- Tyre refitted and wheel rebalanced (extra Tyre refitted and wheel rebalanced (extra cost)
